Here are a few pictures of Evermore.  Unfortunately, there's not too much to show.  Most of what I was able to get is looking eastward from North County Boulevard (to the west of Evermore, looking eastward), and there's a wall around most of it.  I was going to get some from the other side (to the east of Evermore, looking west), but the roads that are on that side have "No Trespassing" signs there (warning that the area is under 24 hour camera surveillance) before you can really get close enough to see anything of any note, and since it kind of goes without saying that I'm not much interested in posting this from a jail cell...

A quick note: I sent a query to the Evermore folks through their website asking about the size, and was told that the current size is 14 acres, and was also told that there is indeed some plans for expansion.  Now, as you'll see in the photo (which I took the pics from the side of North County Boulevard), and there is a field between me and Evermore, which is to the south of Hee Haw Farms, that is listed as currently being up for sale (the size on the 'For Sale' sign lists it as being 4.68 acres in length) which, if I were to hazard a guess, would seem to be the most likely space for any expansion, as anywhere else worth noting would either require the razing of buildings of some sort or would require purchasing non-adjoining properties that are separated either by other properties or a road.

Now, in the first few pictures, there's what I'm going off the assumption is the western 'gate' shown in the drawing I posted a while back.  The big trees seen in the left of the first couple of pics is where Hee Haw Farms is:

A close-up of the buildings to the north of the gate:

Looking at the southwestern corner of the wall; if you look closely you can see three buildings, with what looks like a sort of greenhouse style building in the middle:

Looking at the southern side of the wall.  The building you can kind of see behind the pile of dirt is that building that sticks out in the map that has the parking lot on two sides (the larger building on the right that is in an earlier stage of construction is not a part of Evermore, but is on a separate property):

A few more pics, this time looking more around Evermore.  The first is looking to the north, directly at Hee Haw Farms (those building you can make out if you look closely enough) and North County Boulevard being to the left:

[attachment=789]

Looking at the southern end of the Evermore property (which is probably going to become the parking lot, though, going by the previously mentioned picture it's not outside the realm of possibility that this could be where at least some of the reported expansion might occur) and the previously mentioned 4.68 acre property for sale (the buildings in the background are, again, not a part of Evermore).  The trees are presumably going to be transplanted onto the premises once construction is finished:

Another photo of the area between the southern wall and the above picture.  Even though this is similar to one of the pictures posted in my previous post, there is a reason for this one, which will be explained momentarily:

And the explanation: An enlarged section of the middle area of the above photo.  If you look at the area indicated by my somewhat crudely drawn arrow, you may see what looks like a green "skeleton" of sorts (the part that's in front of the building is the most visible part of it, though it 'extends' a bit above it) that looks like it may become something like a tyrannosaurus rex or, more likely, a dragon.

So, Evermore *could* open sometime between now and 2118, as long as they don't run out of money.

Yep.  Their website says they're hoping for an opening next month (July 2018), though right now, I think that even in a best-case scenario that that's pushing it (or at the very least, we'd be talking about the very end of July).

Now, I do think it will eventually open, though whether or not it will stay open is something I think is up for debate.  Personally, I can see it going either way - it could wind up doing quite well, but it could also have an epic flop just as easily.
I honestly don't know if they will be around long term or not either. I think a lot of it depends on if there willing to keep growing and adding new stuff over time. I also feel a lot will depend on pricing also.

If the pics you took were from today or this weekend, they are praying for a miracle that isn't going to happen. I think we're looking at a 2019 opening, unless trees and plants are going to be in boxes, and buildings of only construction walls.

I don't see anyway this opening next month even if they're running crews around the clock. I also think opening this half completed would be a huge mistake.

We are talking about an owner projecting 3 Million Visitors per year based on nothing but a number he pulled out of his @$$ and a statement about the experience not ending even in the restrooms. Pedophilia is Elizabethan? Someone will get decked if guest complaints are handled by "actors" speaking in terrible english accents as well.

Where are you getting the idea that there will be pedophilia in the restrooms?
3 million visitors a year, what are they smoking! Lol. Lagoon doesn't even do that!
