That's for rich people like Greg!
I went a had a look at Evermore. It looks really good, better than I expected, but it isn't finished and I'd be really surprised if it was all done by the time they have the opening party is a couple of weeks.

One thing I did see were some very nice rail bridges that are already in place. They may say there will be no rides, but they are at least working on a train ride. I suspect that if the park does well we'll see more themed/dark rides in the future.

I hope as was the original plan that the VOID is an attraction inside Evermore.

They hinted on their facebook that there's a 100,000 sq ft building across the street from Evermore that may get the Void (it's so refreshing to get a rumor straight from a park). I saw that building and it is being decorated with some interesting medieval facade pieces and it has a VOID sign in front of it so there's little doubt in my mind that the VOID is moving there. It's not inside the park, but it's very, very close to the gates. I'm not talking about the original VOID building that's maybe 2-3 blocks away.

No but you can get to the parking lot and see inside pretty well and you can see the rail bridges from the road behind the park.

It is refreshing, I agree.

If anyone is looking for a job here are the current openings at Evermore:

(Edit: For some reason - for me, at least - the system seems to be putting some of the pictures in at a 90 degree angle. I don't know why it's doing that, but when you click on each picture individually to bring it up, they are "restored" to their proper angle.)

Some new pics of Evermore that I took this morning, again from North County Blvd.

First, a picture of the one gate; two doors have been installed (the one on the left is visible from this angle), plus a bridge over it.  Coming home from work at other times I have seen workmen up there (these pics were taken just before 7 a.m.), implying that there may actually be some sort of pathway running across the top of the wall (there has been landscaping occurring, among which has been using the trees I photographed earlier; besides some landscaping that's been going on in front, there's also been landscaping on the top of the wall).

One of the buildings that's being built (that is behind the bridge in the above picture) has some sort of tower that's I've nicknamed the "Rapunzel tower."  Here is a picture of it from another angle.

In the last set of pictures I posted (back on page 5 of this thread), the first couple of pictures showed a building that is on the North County Blvd. side of the wall in the northwestern area of Evermore.  That building looks to be complete, and they've also been building another building to the south of it (the first building being on the left in this picture, the newer one on the right).

Work looks to be underway on the parking lot.  As mentioned earlier, the unplanted trees there that I showed in my last group of pictures are no longer there.  Also, I've mentioned earlier that there is land on the west side of Evermore that has been for sale, originally with an area of 4.68 acres for sale.  However, a new "For Sale" sign has since come up with a listed area of 4.02 acres.  The southernmost part of that original area (which is a sort f rough triangle shape, between Evermore and North County Blvd.) looks to have been acquired by Evermore and is being worked on, evidently with the intent of it being part of the parking lot (and perhaps making it so that there's access to the parking lot directly from North County Blvd).  In the background is the building that Jetstar2 mentioned may be the new home for the Void (so I may stand corrected in some of my earlier comments about that building not being a part of Evermore).

A picture of The Void sign (located at the southern tip of the Evermore property, at the intersection of North County Blvd. and Evermore Lane) that Jetstar2 referred to, with the building in question being to the right.  You can kind of see Evermore Lane running in front of it (Evermore Lane turns towards us just out of sight on the right, with North County Blvd. being just out of sight on the left.

Anther picture of the above building, turning just a bit to the right.

Thanks a ton for all the pics! The bridge and the pathway you're talking about should be the train route you'll see if you look at this map.
