Opening Weekend 2018
It's time to start sharing. For those of you who follow any of the LIF social media accounts, you may have already seen some of these photos. I'm now sharing the higher quality versions and more than I shared throughout the day while at the park. I will probably break this up into a couple different posts. Also, I'd love to see what the rest of you have to share as well!

First up, let's take a look at the updated Interactive Fountain:

Okay. How about the new games? I saw two:

Here is Gone Fishing. You get little magnatized fishing rods to fish. Every play is a guaranteed winner. Basically, this is the Lucky Duck replacement.

Where Basketball used to sit is a new game called Soccer Darts. I didn't see anyone play this one, so I'm not sure how it works. My guess is you kick a ball into the big dart board. I would be terrible at this game.

Music USA has been removed. The sign is still there. Will be interesting to see how long the sign stays around.

As always, thanks for the pictures/updates.
You're welcome!
Great photos, Will! I've been following along on FB & Instagram today (darn you, you finally got me to sign up for an Instagram account!), but awesome to see the extra photos.

If it weren't for the Sit 'n' Smoke, that corner by Spill the Milk is sure looking like a great place to watch Roller Coaster now! I love that you can really have a nice, wide open view of the lift hill from over there now. Just disappointed that the queue is so close to where the smoke will be.

Speaking of the queue, are we really sure that the exit will be that ramp behind the new operator booth? I notice that the ramp on the north side has two separate queues, and that there seems to be a solid fence where the exit location would be to go down the old ramp. Doesn't look like a movable gate from the photos. I almost wonder if that's not an employee access ramp now, and that the GP entrance/exit queues are both on the north side now, one side being the entrance queue, the other side being the exit. Seems strange to have two entrance queues that don't seem to serpentine; maybe one's a single rider/wheelchair access queue. Interesting... anyway, maybe they're still finishing up the fencing over on the exit side, but it sure looks like it's closed off for now.

Nice to see Paratrooper's shiny new coat! Love what I'm seeing with the new Screamer installation, too... at least partially sunken, which should make accessibility a heck of a lot nicer (saw your reply on FB).

Thanks again for sharing all the awesome photos!
To me it looks like they have switched the entrance to the old exit side and the exit to the old entrance side. I can see that they switched the side that the control booth is on. Does anyone have any idea what the second building they've added where the line used to be would be used for? Actually looking at the pic of the station Will posted from the skyride You can see that that there are queue spots now on the north side of the station.
Amazing photos! I really like that they used the old Paratrooper logo on the ride.

Yeah, that was a nice touch!
